By attending the gathering at Hempy Acres Camp during the period of August 13-16, 2010, you and each of the guests in your party agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your camping activities.  Hempy Acres Camp, and all those affiliated with the operations of the camp, is not responsible for any injury or loss to campers or their property.  Campers WILL be held responsible for damages or injuries caused by them or their guests.  Guests who fail to respect the camp property or other guests and their property can and will be evicted with no refund of donations paid.  Acceptance of these terms is a condition of your stay at the camp.

Pay attention to the following: You will be expected to obey all laws of the state of Wisconsin including those regarding the legal drinking age. We can not allow or be responsible for underage drinking.  If you or anyone in your party are under 21, they must agree to obey the liquor laws.
